About the Position We're seeking a dependable, communicative Licensed Massage Therapist to join our collaborative team. You'll provide customized sports, clinical, and therapeutic massage for athletes, active individuals, and clients managing chronic pain or recovering from injury. This position may also include opportunities to support local athletic organizations, community events, and a potential collegiate football partnership. Position Details Part-time or full-time. Must hold a current Idaho massage therapy license and be available to begin by September.

Schedule:

Flexible Employment status: W-2 Employee Responsibilities Assess each client's needs, goals, activity demands, and relevant health history. Provide individualized sports, clinical, and therapeutic massage. Support clients with pain management, mobility, injury recovery, and athletic-performance goals. Apply evidence-informed principles and adapt care based on the client's response. Communicate treatment expectations, progress, self-care, and follow-up recommendations. Maintain accurate treatment records and a clean, professional environment. Collaborate with Timberline therapists and other providers when appropriate. Participate in occasional athletic and community events. Qualifications Current Idaho massage therapy license in good standing by the start date. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication, assessment, and client-care skills. Dependable, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively. Interest in sports massage, clinical massage, pain management, and injury recovery. Knowledge or experience in kinesiology, biomechanics, exercise science, athletic training, or strength and conditioning is preferred. Certifications such as Certified Personal Trainer, corrective exercise, mobility, or sports performance are a strong plus.
