Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients' specific needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans. Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies and occupational health practices to enhance client outcomes. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and therapy plans in compliance with health regulations. Educate clients on self-care routines, post-treatment exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing wellness. Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to all sanitation, safety standards, and licensing requirements. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying various massage techniques including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Prior experience in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
