Job Description

Job Summary Whole Health Chiropractic is now hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist. We are located in a beautiful newer office in Nampa right off of the Garrity exit. Our massage therapist will work with patients who have sustained a personal injury, as well as clients who want deep-tissue, sports and prenatal massage. Our doctor will direct care utilizing case findings and high-speed digital x-rays. Laundry services and supplies will be provided for you. This position is part-time and you set your own schedule. Pay is based on experience, starting at $35.00-55.00 a massage. This is W-2 employed position, not a 1099. Please send a resume and why you think you would be our ideal candidate. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and injury prevention strategies. Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical information using appropriate medical terminology. Ensure a safe, comfortable environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following all licensing regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and support pain management strategies. Stay current with industry best practices, new massage techniques, and continuing education requirements. Requirements Valid state license as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Experience working in a medical or occupational health setting is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
