Licensed Massage Therapist — Independent Contractor Northpoint Spa | Sandpoint/Ponderay, Idaho Independent Contractor | 50%

Thursday, Friday & Saturday Northpoint Spa is looking for an experienced, client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. We are looking for more than someone who can give a great massage. We want a therapist who understands that the entire client experience matters—from the moment a guest arrives until the moment they leave. What We're Looking For The ideal therapist:

• Holds a current Idaho Massage Therapy license
• Is confident providing professional massage services to clients of all genders
• Is proficient in Swedish, deep tissue and therapeutic/targeted massage
• Has experience with or familiarity with hot stone massage
• Cupping experience is preferred
• Can confidently adjust pressure and treatment style based on each client's individual needs
• Provides a polished, warm and professional guest experience from beginning to end
• Is dependable, professional and able to communicate well with both guests and our front desk
• Understands appropriate professional boundaries and client care
• Is interested in being part of a wellness-focused spa rather than simply performing back-to-back massages Schedule Our greatest current need is Thursday, Friday and Saturday availability.

Because this is an independent contractor position, therapists maintain control over their availability and time off. We are especially interested in finding someone who would like to consistently make themselves available during our higher-demand Thursday-Saturday schedule. Compensation 50% of massage service revenue This is an independent contractor position. Therapists are responsible for providing their own massage lotions/oils, essential oils and personal treatment supplies. Northpoint Spa provides the treatment space, massage equipment, front desk support, booking system and established spa environment. Why Northpoint Spa? You don't have to build everything from the ground up. Northpoint Spa has an established front desk and booking system to help manage appointments and client communication, along with ongoing marketing designed to bring guests into the spa. Our massage services are also incorporated into a growing menu of spa packages, couples experiences and wellness experiences, creating opportunities for therapists to receive clients who may not have originally booked a stand-alone massage. Northpoint offers multiple complementary wellness services including infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light therapy, compression therapy and other wellness modalities. Certain wellness amenities are also available to our practitioners to support their own wellness. We're looking for someone who wants to build a consistent clientele, create memorable experiences for guests and become part of the continued growth of Northpoint Spa.
