Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our vibrant wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health, and pain management strategies Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and session notes using appropriate medical terminology Ensure all equipment and treatment areas adhere to safety and hygiene standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes when necessary Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a medical spa or healthcare setting preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in various massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic massage Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management strategies Prior experience working with diverse client populations is a plus Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required Join us to bring healing energy and expert care to every client you serve!
