Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations to maximize benefits Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy standards Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and facility standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills and certifications Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with active certification Proven experience in various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and adapt treatments accordingly Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and first aid required or willing to obtain upon hire Prior experience working in med spa settings or with pain management is highly desirable Knowledge of occupational health practices and experience working with diverse populations preferred Join us to make a meaningful impact on our clients' health journeys!
