Job Description

Job Title:
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) — Full Time (3-4 days/week, Saturdays optional)

Position Summary:
We're seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to work 3-4 days per week (Full Time). You'll provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services while collaborating with our team to grow your client book.
Key Details:
  • Schedule:
    3-4 days per week (flexible scheduling)
  • Compensation:
    Starting commission 50% + tips
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years professional massage experience required

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional massage therapy services
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Participate in mentorship and team meetings as needed
  • Support client retention and new client booking efforts through professional service and follow-up
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and professional standards
Requirements:
  • Active IL massage therapy license (or appropriate state license)
  • Minimum 3 years clinical/professional experience
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
