Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to address client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management and occupational health. Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress. Ensure all treatments adhere to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and licensing regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional patient service. Stay informed about the latest developments in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in patient service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Hands-on experience with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately assess patient conditions. Prior work in medical spas or occupational health settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and customize treatments accordingly.
