Our team combines regenerative therapies (including PRP), functional rehab, and decompression to give patients a real alternative to surgery and long-term pain management. We're growing our team and looking for a skilled, compassionateMassage Therapist to join that mission. About the Role As our Massage Therapist, you'll work alongside our practitioners to deliver therapeutic and medical massage as part of a coordinated treatment plan. This isn't a spa environment — you'll be treating patients with real orthopedic and chronic pain conditions, working as part of a clinical team focused on measurable outcomes. What You'll Do Perform therapeutic and medical massage techniques (deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, etc.) tailored to each patient's condition Collaborate with the practitioners to align massage therapy with each patient's broader treatment plan Provide ongoing monthly maintenance massage for patients who have seek ongoing wellness care Document treatment notes and progress in patient charts Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretches, and at-home practices to support their recovery Support the growth of the practice by identifying opportunities for patients to benefit from our services and encouraging continuity of care (from active treatment plans into ongoing wellness membership) Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment in accordance with clinic protocols What We're Looking For Current Illinois massage therapy license (LMT) in good standing Experience with medical/clinical massage; orthopedic or chronic pain population experience a plus Strong understanding of anatomy, injury patterns, and therapeutic technique Comfortable working within a multidisciplinary medical team Excellent communication Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with documentation
