Responsibilities Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on each client's needs. Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness benefits. Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes. Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and stocked. Recommend retail products and wellness services when appropriate. Collaborate with our spa team to provide an exceptional client experience. Maintain all Illinois licensing requirements and professional standards. Qualifications Current Illinois Massage Therapy License. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Team player with a positive attitude. Passion for helping others look and feel their best. Willingness to continue learning and growing professionally.
