Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and become a vital part of promoting wellness, relaxation, and healing for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that enhance physical health, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve pain relief, improved mobility, and a sense of rejuvenation through tailored treatment plans. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs. Training in Thai Massage, Shiatsu, or Tui Na a plus Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies tailored to their physiology and health goals Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and ensure a positive experience Stay current on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and pain management techniques to provide effective therapy Adhere to all licensing requirements and maintain CPR certification to ensure client safety at all times Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in CPR Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and occupational health principles relevant to massage therapy Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and deliver personalized care Prior experience working in medical spa or healthcare settings is preferred but not required Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules Join us in creating a relaxing sanctuary where clients feel cared for and revitalized. Pay:
$52.00 - $65.00 per hour
