We're growing from a single Hinsdale location toward a broader footprint across the western suburbs, and massage is a core part of the recovery and retention experience we offer patients. The Role We're looking for a licensed massage therapist to join as a contractor, working a flexible part-time schedule. You'll treat both clinic-referred patients and your own client base, using a range of modalities to fit each patient's care plan. This isn't a standalone spa gig — you'll work alongside chiropractors, PTs, and the care team, and your input on what patients need matters. What You'll Do Deliver a range of massage techniques — Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, prenatal, and complementary modalities such as cupping — matched to each patient's treatment plan. Coordinate with chiropractors and PTs so massage supports the broader care plan, not a separate track. Help keep existing patients engaged and on schedule with their care — this is an explicit part of the role, not a side effect of good service. Build and bring your own client base over time; the clinic will support you in growing it. Spot and flag opportunities where a patient could benefit from another service we offer (PT, IV therapy, weight-loss program, etc.) — refer internally, don't sell over-hard. Maintain clean, accurate treatment notes for each session. What We're Looking For Active Illinois LMT license (required, non-negotiable) with 2 plus years of experience. Trained in multiple modalities — not a one-technique therapist. Genuinely compassionate and empathetic with patients — this is a healthcare setting, not a spa.

Pay $45/hour for patients provided by the clinic. $60/hour for your own clients you bring in. Structured as 1099 independent contractor. Rate is a floor — open to discussing higher based on experience, specialties, and client volume you bring. Schedule Part-time, flexible. Wednesday evenings 3 pm
