Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a high level of patient service by creating a relaxing atmosphere, addressing client concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Experience Proven experience in medical spa settings or similar environments with a focus on patient care and customer service. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Hands-on expertise in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Experience in pain management strategies tailored to individual client needs. Familiarity with occupational health principles and best practices for client safety. Previous work involving patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation is highly desirable. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing massage therapy.
