Massage Therapist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. This role requires a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective treatments. Candidates should possess excellent service skills and a dedication to enhancing clients' health through personalized therapy sessions. Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs Conduct assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of tension or pain Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and occupational health to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend rebooking as needed Ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development, including staff events, if applicable Qualifications Experience in patient service with a focus on customer care and satisfaction Massage Therapist state licensure required Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Previous spa experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific treatments as needed Ability to work professionally while maintaining attention to detail and client comfort Join our team to help clients achieve their health goals through expert massage therapy delivered in a supportive and professional setting.
