Licensed Massage Therapist Nobbe Family Chiropractic | Maryville, IL Nobbe Family Chiropractic is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team! We are an established, busy chiropractic office with a large existing patient base and a massage waiting list several weeks out . This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to step into a position with patients already waiting for appointments rather than spending months building a clientele. Why This Position? Walk in and go! You bring your massage therapy skills, and we provide the patients and supplies. You will have the opportunity to work with an established patient base and treat a variety of patients seeking therapeutic massage for muscle tension, pain relief, injury recovery, stress, and overall wellness.

Schedule Massage hours are available:

Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday (Tuesday hours may be available in the future) Specific hours can be discussed based on availability and office needs. Compensation Paid as an employee (W-2) Compensation is based on a percentage of collections No need to build your own patient base Established office with a strong and consistent flow of patients Current massage patient waiting list is several weeks out Responsibilities Provide individualized therapeutic massage based on each patient's needs and goals. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, and prenatal massage . Communicate with patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure comfort and maximize results. Assess areas of concern and tailor each treatment appropriately. Educate patients on stretching, self-care, and other strategies that may support their treatment. Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes and documentation. Communicate with the chiropractor and office team regarding patient needs when appropriate. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered environment. Follow all Illinois licensing requirements, sanitation procedures, and office safety policies. Qualifications Current Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in good standing. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Experience with therapeutic massage preferred. Comfortable performing deep tissue and targeted therapeutic work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, professional, and compassionate. Able to work independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare team.
