Job Description
Job Summary We are hiring Licensed Massage Therapists at Me Spa Naperville. Three shifts a week are required and more additional shifts are available. One weekend day, one opening and one closing shift are the scheduling requirements that need to be met by every employee at Me Spa. We are looking for a flexible, motivated, team oriented and reliable candidate! We were voted Naperville's Best Spa at the Best of Naperville Awards in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024! Responsibilities Deliver a variety of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, swedish, reflexology, prenatal massage and other modalities tailored to each client's requirements. Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching routines, and lifestyle adjustments to optimize results. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols. Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills. Skills Experience in customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Expertise in deep tissue massage and swedish massage therapy for effective pain relief. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and providing empathetic support. Familiarity with a day spa environment. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through certifications or additional training in massage therapy techniques. Join us to help clients feel their best every day!
