About the opportunity Do you enjoy providing massage, meeting new people, and building relationships with local businesses? Absolute Integrated Health is seeking a licensed massage therapist for a part-time position combining corporate wellness events, community outreach, and hands-on chair massage . You will help introduce local employees and community members to AIH through workplace wellness events, educational conversations, and opportunities to meet with our healthcare team. This is both a massage and business-development position. You will identify, contact, and secure new corporate wellness events—not simply provide massage at events arranged by someone else. What you will do Find and book corporate wellness events. Contact human resources teams, benefits coordinators, office managers, business owners, gyms, and other community organizations through telephone calls, email, networking, and local visits. Present AIH's workplace wellness offerings and arrange events. Coordinate event details. Work with the employer and AIH team on dates, employee participation, space requirements, staffing, equipment, promotional materials, and follow-up. Provide professional chair massage. Deliver brief massage sessions appropriate to the event setting, following consent, sanitation, safety, and professional-scope requirements. Educate and connect participants with AIH. Use approved materials to introduce our chiropractic, physical therapy, musculoskeletal, and medically supervised IV therapy services. Help interested participants schedule a consultation with the appropriate team member without pressure or promises of treatment outcomes or insurance coverage. Maintain relationships and track results. Record employer contacts, outreach activity, events scheduled, participant interest, consultation appointments, and follow-up needs. Help develop repeat events and ongoing business partnerships. Qualifications An active Illinois massage therapy license is required. We are looking for someone with chair-massage skills, professional communication, dependable follow-through, and the confidence to initiate conversations with businesses. Experience in corporate wellness, community events, customer service, appointment scheduling, sales, or business development is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using email, online scheduling, and a basic contact-tracking system. Local travel and event-equipment setup are part of the position, with reasonable accommodations as appropriate. Weekday availability is important; occasional evening or weekend events may be arranged.
