Overview Join our dynamic team as an Independent Contractor Massage Therapist, where your expertise will elevate patient well-being through personalized massage therapy. In this role, you will deliver tailored treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall health. Pay 50/50 split, $35-$95+ Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy standards Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns Adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and licensing requirements to ensure a professional practice Experience Proven experience in massage therapy, with a focus on deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy preferred Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology necessary for accurate assessments and effective treatments Prior work in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs and customize treatments accordingly Knowledge of pain management techniques to help clients achieve relief from chronic or acute discomfort Experience working independently as an contractor with a commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality Embark on a rewarding journey where your skills directly enhance the health and happiness of your clients.
