Intake Massage Therapy License Full Job Description Duties:
Know how to check clients in and out properly. Know how to handle all cash, credit card, and gift certificate transactions properly. Complete all paperwork, such as intake forms and SOAP notes according to AMC policies and procedures. Perform professional, high-quality massages within the scope of practice and licensing, and in alignment with policies and protocols, utilizing approved modalities, in accordance with applicable laws in the state of Indiana. Perform the session based on the client's individual needs. Change table linens & sanitize rooms between each and every client. Restock and clean your treatment room before you leave each day. Assist in washing, drying, folding of sheets between clients. Everyone should monitor and stay on top of the laundry. Uphold the AMC brand core values of "LOVE" Assist in the cleanliness and stocking of therapy rooms and all common areas. Communicate any current promotions to the client. Have a friendly and helpful attitude to create an excellent client experience. Be reliable and on time . Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, such as SOAP notes. Participate in continuing education as continuing education credits are the responsibility of each therapist. Indiana requires 4 CEU's per year for licensure. Be willing to work as a team and represent Auburn Massage and Wellness Centre at any/all community events that we participate in. Perform other duties as assigned.
