Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Requirements Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, as well as medical terminology. Experience or training in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to create tailored treatment plans. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding patient service.
