Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time → Full-Time Path) Goshen, IN → growth into Elkhart ~20 hrs/week with full-time path Base + per-session (scales with volume) Build Your Role. Grow Your Client Base. Allen County Family & Sports Chiropractic is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist for a clinical, movement-focused position — not a spa setting. Start at ~20 hours/week in Goshen with a clear path to full-time hours in Elkhart as demand grows. You'll work directly with chiropractors and rehab staff in a system built on results, not volume alone. What You'll Do Deliver targeted massage therapy (recovery, mobility, function) Support care alongside chiropractors and the rehab team Build and retain your own clientele Keep sessions efficient, documented, and organized Maintain a clean, ready treatment space Schedule + Pay ~20 hrs/week (Goshen) → full-time path (Elkhart) Flexible scheduling within clinic hours Base + per-session pay; income scales with volume and growth Consistent patient demand What Matters Most Dependable and consistent Clear communicator with patients and team Organized; manages own schedule Takes ownership of results and follow-through Positive, professional presence Requirements Indiana massage license + current CPR/AED Strong hands-on skills (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Prenatal) Able to perform 5+ sessions/day Strong communication and reliability Comfortable in a clinical (non-spa) setting Preferred Experience in medical, chiropractic, or rehab settings Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and chiropractic philosophy Cupping or trigger-point experience Why This Role Clear path to full-time Results-driven clinical system Build real, transferable clinical skill High-standard, team-first environment About the Clinic At Allen County Family & Sports Chiropractic, we help people restore movement, reduce pain, build strength, and improve quality of life through a hands-on, performance-based approach to care.
