Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed or Certified Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to understand symptoms, medical history, and specific areas requiring attention Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate pain management strategies and physiologically informed approaches Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology or physiological observations Educate clients on self-care practices and occupational health tips to support ongoing wellness Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and professional protocols Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing client concerns, and fostering a relaxing atmosphere Requirements Valid license or certification as a massage therapist in accordance with state or local regulations Proven experience with patient service, patient assessment, and various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles Previous experience working in a med spa or similar wellness setting is preferred Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us in delivering top-tier therapeutic care that transforms lives!
