Job Summary Bella Vita Salon & Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our award winning spa team. For over 22 years, Bella Vita has been committed to providing exceptional service and wellness experiences to our clients. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with an established client base, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment. Compensation Commission-based pay structure Commission ranges from 46%-52% of services performed Guaranteed hourly minimum when commission earnings do not meet required hourly wage Typical earnings range from approximately $35-$50 per hour based on services performed Benefits for Full-Time Employees Health Insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Employee discounts Continuing education opportunities Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supplemental Aflac Insurance Available Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to each clients needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, hot stone and other modalities as appropriate. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, relaxing experience for every guest. Educate clients on self-care practices, injury prevention, and occupational health strategies to enhance their wellness journey. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and spa protocols. Collaborate with the salon and spa team to provide an oustanding guest experience. Skills & Qualifications Massage Therapy License Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience Knowledge of various massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, and Hot Stone Massage Professional, dependable and team-oriented Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and client safety Ability to work independently and manage appointment schedules effectively Previous massage therapy experience preferred but not required
