Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. At Spavia Topeka, we are dedicated to having a staff of 100% licensed Massage Therapists . You'll make top dollar in our area for your license, as well as the benefit of our shop having a terrific reputation in the community for our knowledge and experience.   • based on experience Earn on average $70,000
  • 75,000 annually Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments Steady schedule with loyal guests & members W-2 position

Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time or part-time Weekend/evening availability preferred 10-minute turnover between services Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages Benefits may include: Paid in-house training, CE hours Family + Friends treatment discounts Full Time may be eligible for health insurance, PTO, 401(k)

Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
