Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and provide personalized recommendations for pain management and relaxation. Maintain detailed records of treatments, client progress, and health history in compliance with privacy standards. Stay current with industry best practices and certifications such as CPR, occupational health protocols, and med spa procedures. Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive patient care. Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent client communication skills. Proficiency in various massage techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Solid understanding of physiology and anatomy to tailor treatments effectively. Experience in patient assessment and pain management strategies. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices. CPR certification and familiarity with occupational health standards. Previous med spa experience or background in wellness environments is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced setting.
