Duties Deliver professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans Educate clients on the benefits of various massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and occupational health Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and support holistic wellness strategies Stay current with industry advancements, certifications, and best practices in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on active listening and empathetic communication In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Proficiency in advanced massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Ability to assess patient conditions accurately and develop effective treatment plans for pain management Excellent customer service skills to foster trust and build lasting client relationships Experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable Knowledge of occupational health principles to support workplace wellness initiatives Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch and compassionate care!
