Overview Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Massage Therapist, where your expertise will transform wellness experiences and promote holistic health. In this role, you will deliver tailored massage therapies that alleviate pain, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Your passion for patient care and deep understanding of anatomy and physiology will help clients achieve their health goals in a welcoming, professional environment. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to meet individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on symptoms and health history Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment strategies for pain management and occupational health improvement Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including notes on patient responses and progress Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including CPR certification and adherence to medical terminology standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and support overall wellness initiatives Create a calming environment that promotes relaxation, comfort, and trust for every client Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy Knowledge of various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and medical massage techniques Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system to accurately assess patient needs Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management, occupational health, and therapeutic treatments Knowledge of CPR certification requirements and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients All experience levels are welcome to apply.
