Licensed Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) Be Happy Yoga & Salt Cave - Bowling Green, KY Be Happy Yoga & Salt Cave is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established wellness team as an Independent Contractor. For over 10 years, Be Happy has been a trusted destination for massage therapy, yoga, salt cave sessions, and holistic wellness in Bowling Green. We are looking for a dependable, professional therapist who is ready to step into an established practice with strong client demand and front desk support. Compensation 50% commission on all individual massage services 1/3 commission on couples massages Tips paid directly to therapist Existing client base and ongoing referrals What We Provide Front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client communications Online booking system Treatment room and equipment Established marketing and client referrals No laundry responsibilities Professional and supportive wellness environment Paid Medi-Cupping training for the right candidate Availability Requirements Must be available five days per week Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Saturday availability is required Consistent availability preferred to meet client demand Required Skills The ideal candidate must be comfortable providing: Therapeutic Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Hot Stone Massage Experience with additional modalities is a plus. We are willing to invest in continuing education and training opportunities that benefit both the therapist and our clients. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage services tailored to client needs Maintain accurate and professional client records Ensure treatment room cleanliness and professionalism Deliver exceptional customer service and client care Communicate effectively with clients and staff Qualifications Current Kentucky Massage Therapy License Professional liability insurance Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor Experience preferred, but new graduates with strong hands-on skills are encouraged to apply About Be Happy Be Happy Yoga & Salt Cave is a locally owned wellness center dedicated to helping our community feel their best.
