Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Full-Time (W-2 Employee) Join an established, busy chiropractic office with a built-in referral base.
Landrum Chiropractic is seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our team. Massage therapy has been a successful part of our practice for years, and our previous therapist relocated after building a very busy schedule. We have many patients who are ready to resume massage care once services return. No marketing or client prospecting is required. Our providers and staff continually refer patients, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care while your schedule grows. This is a W-2 employee position with commission-based pay , so your income is directly tied to the number of patients you choose to see. Previous therapists have earned approximately $30,000
  • 60,000+ annually , with earning potential depending on schedule availability, patient demand, and work ethic. Responsibilities Perform quality 30
  • 60• and 90-minute massage therapy sessions Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs Utilize therapeutic techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, and medical/therapeutic massage Educate patients on the benefits of regular massage therapy as part of their overall wellness and treatment plan Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room Work closely with our chiropractors and front office team to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Kentucky Massage Therapy License Experience with Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, and therapeutic massage Additional certifications and modalities are a plus Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well as part of a team What We Offer W-2 employee position Established chiropractic office with an excellent reputation Built-in referral source—no marketing required Opportunity to quickly build a busy schedule Supportive, team-oriented work environment Daytime office hours with no weekends Clean, professional treatment rooms and equipment provided How to Apply If you're interested in joining our team, please stop by the office during business hours to bring in your resume and introduce yourself.
