$30-$40 per hour (depending on experience) About Us Anovia Health is a patient-focused Performance and Injury rehab clinic dedicated to helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best. Our integrated care team combines massage therapy with broader wellness services to deliver real, lasting results. We're looking for a licensed massage therapist to join our team and help our patients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and perform at their peak. What You'll Do Perform deep tissue and sports/medical massage sessions tailored to each patient's treatment goals Collaborate with our clinical team to support recovery, injury rehab, and performance plans Conduct brief intake assessments and document treatment notes accurately Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and follow-up recommendations Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space Build lasting relationships with a steady base of returning patients What We're Looking For Active massage therapy license in good standing (state-required) Hands-on clinical or spa experience Strong skills in deep tissue and sports/medical massage techniques Comfort working with patients managing pain, injury, or post-surgical recovery Reliable, punctual, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes Bonus Qualifications (Not Required) Experience with trigger point therapy or similar neuromuscular techniques Experience with manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) or lymphatic massage Additional modality certifications (e.g., cupping, myofascial release, prenatal) Background working alongside chiropractors, PTs, or other integrated care providers Bilingual communication skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($30-$40/hr based on experience and commitment) Consistent client flow — no need to build your own book Supportive, collaborative clinical team Flexible part-time schedule that respects work-life balance All supplies, linens, and equipment provided How to Apply Call/Text the office: (859)300-3700 Submit your resume and a brief note about your treatment style and availability through Indeed.
