This position is for a therapist who wants more than appointments placed on their schedule. We are looking for someone who understands that great massage therapy is also about building strong therapeutic partnerships with clients, creating a plan for their care, and confidently encouraging them to return when continued work would benefit them. Someone Who:

Excels at Deep Tissue and therapeutic massage Is confident recommending an appropriate rebooking schedule Wants to develop a strong base of repeat clients Builds genuine professional relationships with clients Communicates confidently about their work and the client's goals Is dependable, professional, motivated, and comfortable being part of a team Values continuing education and developing their skills Wants the earning potential of commission while benefiting from the stability and support of W-2 employment Availability Our greatest need is currently Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Candidates who can consistently work multiple days within this schedule are especially encouraged to apply.
