Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterans Affairs (VA) Approved Provider- Licensed Massage Therapist for a contract position. . The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques. This role requires a professional who is knowledgeable in anatomy and physiology, with the ability to assess patient needs and tailor treatments accordingly. We are also seeking a therapist that is honest, reliable, and dedicated to their set schedule. What We Offer Acadiana's Most Competitive Hourly Massage Rate of Pay Full-Time Position Monday-Friday Schedule Weekends off 1099 Independent Contractor Position Established Client Base Professional Work Environment Opportunity to Serve Veterans and Accident Recovery Patients Experience Must be a current VA Approved Licensed Massage Therapy Provider Graduate of state or national certified school. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends. Requirements Current Louisiana Massage Therapy License Current VA Community Care Provider Certification Professional appearance and Excellent Client Care skills Strong Work Ethic and Dependability Be able to sit, lift, squat, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
