Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing therapeutic massage services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will work in a serene environment, delivering various massage techniques tailored to individual client needs. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, based on client assessments and preferences. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service quality. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to medical terminology standards. Requirements Valid state licensure in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients. Experience in patient assessment techniques to tailor treatments effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for effective communication within a healthcare setting.
