As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them relax, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. - Perform various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and more
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort throughout the session
- Utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform your practice
- Apply acute pain management techniques to address specific client concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety guidelines
Skills:
- Proficient in a wide range of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and more
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Strong assessment skills to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and create a comfortable environment
- Ability to effectively manage acute pain during sessions
Requirements:
- Valid Massage Therapist license in Louisiana
- Minimum [2] years of experience as a Massage Therapist
