Maintain detailed treatment records, including notes on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to each session. Ensure a safe, hygienic environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing client questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Collaborate with other healthcare or med spa professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans when necessary. Experience Proven experience as a massage therapist with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Hands-on expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy with demonstrated success in pain management. Prior work in a med spa or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively. Familiarity with occupational health standards and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.
