Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and massage preferences Develop customized treatment plans incorporating techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to target specific issues Perform professional massage therapy sessions focused on pain management, muscle relaxation, and overall wellness Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching routines, and self-care practices to maximize benefits Maintain accurate documentation of treatments provided, patient progress, and any relevant health information Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and occupational health standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or spa staff to coordinate patient care when necessary Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification to practice legally Proven experience in patient service with strong customer service skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Skilled in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans Experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary Strong communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise can truly make a difference!
