In this role, you will provide high-quality massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Duties Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver safe and effective therapies Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness goals Maintain detailed treatment records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Provide exceptional patient service by creating a calming environment and addressing client questions or concerns Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development Skills Proven experience in massage therapy, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage practice Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs effectively Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management techniques CPR certification is required; additional certifications such as med spa experience are a plus Ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and health considerations Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and professional growth Join us at Beautique Salon where your skills will make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives.
