Conduct thorough client assessments and create personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold strict hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Educate clients on self-care and wellness practices. Requirements Licensed Massage Therapist (MA). Strong technique, professionalism, and attention to detail. High standards for cleanliness, personal appearance, and client service. Qualifications Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required. Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Lymphatic drainage preferred. Be able to include stretching during the massage sessions Lymphatic drainage Deep tissue Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of clients assessment techniques to tailor treatments effectively. Experience in massage studios, spas,environment is a plus but not mandatory.
