Duties Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on massage benefits, post-treatment care, and self-care practices to support ongoing wellness Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately and confidentially Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocols such as CPR certification requirements Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any discomfort or concerns during sessions Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy techniques and physiology knowledge to continually enhance skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in CPR and first aid Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical terminology familiarity Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pain management strategies, and occupational health practices Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate effectively Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare environments is preferred but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules A genuine passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through professional massage therapy Join us in delivering outstanding care that transforms lives!
