We are looking for a friendly, motivated professional who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. You will provide personalized massage treatments in a relaxing and supportive environment while delivering exceptional client care. Experience with lymphatic drainage is a plus, and training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Valid Massachusetts Massage Therapy License Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred Perform massage treatments, including relaxation, deep tissue, and lymphatic drainage (training available) Experience with lymphatic drainage is a plus. Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided by the spa Conduct client consultations and assessments to help create personalized treatment plans Maintain accurate client records and treatment notesand clinic policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment at all times Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products Strong communication and customer service skills Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist (LMT) with current certification. Strong communication and client care skills Experience with Lymphatic Drainage is preferred. However, qualified candidates without prior lymphatic drainage experience will receive training provided by the spa.
