Come and join our amazing team! Mobile Performance Therapy is a therapist owned and established massage business with offices in Annapolis, Stevensville, and Centreville. We specialize in therapeutic work and are looking to hire friendly, hardworking, and committed employees. Our company is geared towards providing quality care for our clients while also prioritizing our staff. We take pride in offering competitive pay, training, incentives, and a flexible schedule. Our business is committed to continuous improvement and wants to hire people who want to learn and grow their skill set as massage therapists. We love to showcase our therapist's unique talents and support our staff with our marketing, advertising, and administrative knowledge to help them grow their client list. Employees also have the opportunity to train with and learn from other successful massage therapists. We are looking for candidates who can: Provide top-quality massage and bodywork services for our clients. Cultivate and maintain professional but genuinely caring relationships with clients. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff members. Demonstrate the ability to comfortably and confidently adapt their session plans based on client needs and updated treatment goals. Work independently to complete day-to-day tasks. Part-time positions are available at our Annapolis location. $40/hour to start plus tips. No experience necessary, but must have a Maryland State massage therapy license. Candidates must have a current Maryland State massage therapy license (either LMT or RMP) and insurance.
