a small business downtown Frederick Maryland. Our space is newly renovated with 5 large treatment rooms and private employee parking!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

AVAILABLE, however we are in more demand for any time on Mondays, Wendnesday evening, any time friday, anytime saturday and anytime sunday! Here at The Body Lab we target clients with stress and pain. Although we do get the occasional relaxing request, we tend to see more specific target areas or pesky pains that clients cant improve on their own. Our clientele ranges between hardcore athletes to exhausted and stiff desk workers to tired mothers looking for some alone time. Deep tissue is our primary style but we do like medium pressure skillsets too. Sports massage is VERY welcome here! We also use a few modalities including cupping, scraping, KT taping and lots of dynamic stretching. Trading amongst the staff is encouraged :) Certifications in prenatal and lymphatic is a plus! Lymphatic rates are more! I care a lot about a work setting FOR YOU so its a priority for me to take care of my colleagues and make sure everyone is happy with being a bodyworker!!
