Job Description
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT/RMP) $45-$65+/hour (with tips) | Immediate Openings | Flexible Schedule We are a busy massage and skincare studio seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. We have clients ready to book and a supportive environment to help you grow your practice. Recent graduates awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply. Dual-licensed in Esthetics is a plus, but not required. Compensation $45-$65+ per hour (commission + tips) Varies based on experience, session length, and client add-ons. Schedule Part-time or Full-time (minimum 15 hours/week) Day, evening, or full-day shifts available Saturday availability required every other weekend Closed Sundays for work-life balance Typical shifts: 10:30am-3:00pm 2:00pm-7:00pm 10:30am-4:00pm Saturdays Responsibilities Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to client needs Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms Communicate professionally with clients and team Complete SOAP notes accurately after each session Qualifications Maryland LMT or RMP License CPR Certification Strong communication and client-care skills Deep tissue and/or myofascial release experience preferred, not required Self-motivated and reliable What We Offer A steady flow of clients (no need to bring your own) Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Employee discounts on services and retail Supportive, positive, team-oriented environment Growth opportunities & continuing education support To Apply Please submit your resume and list any specialty modalities or certifications.
