We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver customized, restorative treatments that exemplify the clinical expertise, elevated hospitality, and service excellence of a premier boutique spa. This role requires blending advanced therapeutic techniques with refined guest service to create personalized wellness experiences in a sanctuary featuring premium amenities. Responsibilities:
Deliver customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services that exceed luxury hospitality standards while addressing individual guest wellness goals Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized consultations, attentive follow-through, and genuine care for guest well-being Maintain immaculate treatment spaces that reflect our commitment to safety, hygiene, and the refined ambiance expected in luxury spa environments Curate thoughtful retail recommendations that enhance each guest's at-home wellness journey Collaborate with spa leadership and team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence Mentor emerging therapists by sharing expertise in techniques, products, and service standards that uphold our reputation for distinction Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with advanced modalities, industry innovations, and best practices Uphold guest confidentiality and privacy with the highest level of professional discretion Requirements Guest-Focused Service Time Management Professional Communication.Organizational Skills Professional Composure Multitasking Ability Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Massage Therapy Certification and licensure per requirement of the Maryland State Board.Competencies:
