Responsibilities Provide customized, high-quality therapeutic massage Adapt each session to the client's needs, goals, and areas of concern Create an exceptional, caring, and personalized client experience Educate clients about their treatment and recommended frequency Encourage appropriate follow-up care and rebooking Build lasting client relationships Complete accurate and timely session documentation Collaborate with physical therapists, stretch providers, and other TherAnnu team members Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational events Maintain a clean, professional, and well-prepared treatment space Support spa operations and team initiatives during non-treatment time Qualifications Active Maryland massage therapy license Strong therapeutic and hands-on massage skills Ability to customize treatment rather than follow a one-size-fits-all routine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable educating clients and recommending appropriate follow-up care Passion for helping clients reduce pain, recover, and feel their best Experience is preferred, but skill, professionalism, personality, and commitment to client care matter most About TherAnnu TherAnnu is a physical therapy-led restorative wellness spa offering massage therapy, physical therapy, assisted stretch, advanced recovery services, and restorative spa treatments—all under one roof.
