Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team as a contractor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals through tailored massage techniques and personalized care. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and relaxation therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough guest assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals. Educate guestss on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including notes on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to each session. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and fostering a positive client experience. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Active liabilty insurance. Proven experience in massage service, guest assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue and relaxation therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Familiarity with pain management strategies and occupational health principles. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar wellness setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. $59.00 - $100.00 per hour
