Overview Join our holistically oriented team as a Licensed Massage Therapist and bring relief, relaxation, and wellness to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will deliver expert massage therapy services that promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients feel revitalized and empowered, making a meaningful difference in their health journey. Certification in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Pre and Post Natal care, and other massage adjacent modalities is welcome and a plus! Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual health goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy practices. Educate clients on self-care strategies and occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness outside the treatment room. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with licensing standards. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education, including med spa experience and pain management strategies. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally. Proven experience in patient service, with strong skills in patient assessment and customized treatment planning. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Knowledge of occupational health principles to promote safe practice standards. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential. Join us in delivering exceptional care that transforms lives! Pay:
$108.00 - $140.00 per hour
