Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with a passion for providing exceptional patient service. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering various massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Perform therapeutic massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as needed. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for follow-up treatments. Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with medical terminology standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings as necessary. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Qualifications Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques. Experience in med spa environments is preferred but not required. Excellent patient service skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and progress. Familiarity with medical terminology related to massage therapy practices. Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus.
