Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic training team. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's condition and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments. Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies to enhance their recovery and wellness journey. Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and clinic policies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient care and support comprehensive treatment plans. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage. Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management approaches.
