Educate clients on self-care practices, including nutrition advice, postpartum care strategies, breastfeeding support, and relaxation techniques. Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that incorporate anatomy knowledge and physiology principles for optimal results. Support clients during labor & delivery recovery or postpartum periods by providing targeted massage therapy to alleviate discomfort. Skills Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling, documentation, and client management. Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills tailored to working with families and diverse populations. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and related healthcare fields. Experience supporting patients through intake procedures and telehealth platforms when applicable.
